Windis32 requires the file CTL3D32.DLL (Microsoft redistributable code)
to be present to provide the support needed for the '3d-effect' dialog
boxes. You may well find this is already present on your system because
it has been installed by some other application. However, if you get a
message box saying the CTL3D32.DLL could not be found, you will need to
install ONE of the files in this archive.
 
There are two versions of CTL3D32.DLL; one for Win32s and one
specifically for NT. The WIN32S DLL seems to work on NT as well but the
NT version is Unicode so definitely wont work on Win32s.
 
You should unzip this archive with the -d option so that the separate
subdirectories are created for each version.
 
NT users should then copy the file WINNT\CTL3D32.DLL to their
WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 directory.
 
Win32s users should copy the file WIN32S\CTL3D32.DLL to their
WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. This is also the correct DLL for Win95 but I
am not sure of the correct location under Win95.
